Remove Microblog Forwarding

As the subject says, I think that forwarding messages in the microblog should be removed. It's just leading to people reposting the same messages repeatedly. If people agree that something described in a post should be implemented or they agree with an idea, then they can upvote the original message. It's especially silly when people repost their own messages over and over.

Also, to be clear, some might argue that the point of being able to follow others is to filter out the noise. However, before we know that someone is worth following, we must be able to see their posts in the unfiltered blog. Having a bunch of duplicate messages precludes spotting the ones that matter to then follow those users.
