The dataset for this problem was fixed today (the initial dataset/statement given was incorrect). All the submissions for this problem have been retested, included the submissions in the 2010/2011 ACM-ICPC Mexico Occident and Pacific - Open (http://coj.uci.cu/contest/contestview.xhtml?cid=1131)
