With the new EXCELLENT module to Lock Problems I realized that had appeared cheaters. A lot of people try to do their best and they are not in the the rank-position (some peoples care) they should are. As cheat are not so well defined in a Online Judge this is not punished, so ... there are some cases where cheat must be punished as well, like:
1) Copy official solutions and submit it in a CONTEST.
2) Hack the account of other users.
-> Excessive amount of solutions copied.
3) Try to hack the system (spammers, etc.).
This should not extend more.
Best regards.

Re: CHEATING
It's great that you've touched on the subject. The COJ Development Team (CDEVT) is concerned in this regard, due to the negative impact these users have in the community. We will shortly publish the rules for using the system in which these issues will be well specified. Some cheaters will be identified, and effectively sanctioned for several months, or indefinitely depending on the faults.

Re: Cheating
I believe that copying official solutions outside of contests (in the 24h archive) should be included in this list as well. Please, if you detect any case, let us know, either publicly on the forum or via PM.
